Our copper pot and column still system captures the heart cut with precision — where vanilla, caramel, and dark fruit reside.

Our new American white oak barrels are charred to "alligator" level, unlocking deep caramel and smoky vanilla from the wood's natural sugars.

What began as a shared passion for exceptional bourbon evolved into something greater — a commitment to redefine what a modern distillery could be.

2023

Laying the Foundation

Partnerships forged with heritage grain farms. Our rickhouse design finalized — engineered to let Atlanta's climate do the work nature intended.

2024

First Spirit Laid to Rest

The inaugural barrels were filled and sealed. Now they wait, aging patiently in charred American white oak while the seasons do their work.

2026

The Unveiling

Ebony & Oak Signature Reserve makes its debut. Allocated first to Inner Circle members, then to select retailers across the Commonwealth.
